About Systeq

Systeq UK started out in 1996 as Wizard Communication, specialising in Business and Mobile communications. As the digital era arrived and communications started to integrate more closely with I.T. we evolved organically and started offering I.T. services in 2003.
Over the next 2 years we developed our I.T. portfolio to include network services and consultancy, system design and maintenance and hosted or “cloud” services. Whilst our focus is now primarily on I.T. solutions we have not abandoned our roots entirely. With a strong offering in converged technology and VoIP solutions, we believe we have the perfect blend of experience and technical knowledge to provide modern communications solutions.




Whilst we’ve developed and supply a number of “off the shelf” services, our experience tells us that I.T. requirements and expectations are different for different people. Based on this understanding we have shifted focus in the last few years to position ourselves as a truly bespoke service provider. We strongly believe you shouldn’t have to settle for a stock solution that meets some of your requirement, when we can offer a customised solution to meet all of your requirements.

In 2018, driven by our change in focus and a desire to update our brand, we underwent extensive rebranding as Systeq UK. Most of the services we now offer are Cloud based, but we still believe there is a place in modern I.T. for premise solutions, and can offer both or a hybrid approach depending on your requirements.

Throughout the 2020’s we’ve continued to develop and improve our own offerings, along with developing strategic partnerships with other service providers. This approach has allowed us to reduce the time taken to develop and implement custom solutions whilst maintaining our service levels.




Our focus has always been on high service levels and providing quality products and services. We believe that ultimately this approach delivers higher customer satisfaction and better value for money, even though the initial cost may be slightly higher. We chose our software and hardware partners carefully to ensure their values match ours. We are very proud to associate ourselves with all of the organisations we work with, we believe they are some of the most forward thinking technology companies in the business.

Our approach is to provide consultancy and business analysis where possible to ensure we are delivering services that truly benefit your business. Although our services are primarily aimed at business users, some are also suitable for home use and we welcome enquiries from everyone interested in what we have to offer.




To ensure we’re able to provide the service and support your business deserves we believe strongly in a combination of product training and experience. We currently follow training programs for some of the largest names in our field, such as Microsoft, along with extensive in-house training, testing and development. Whilst some of our solutions are developed entirely in-house others are sourced from some of the leading providers who are also able to provide an escalation point.
Whatever the solution we provide we always ensure we have experts available to provide support where required. We aim to build business relationships that last the lifetime of a solution or longer, we are not here to simply shift boxes!




Systeq are based in the UK but we are a global solutions provider with clients in Europe, North and South America to name but a few. Many of our solutions are hosted around the globe to provide the maximum level of resilience and redundancy. We do not believe that country boundaries should apply when it comes to ICT, in a virtual world global business is every ones business.
